Neha Dhupia as beauty ambassador

Though her career in Bollywood has proved to be an uphill struggle, ex Miss India and Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia continues to have her moments of fame. Now the lady adds another feather to her cap.

Among all Bollywood beauties, she has been selected as the beauty ambassador for India by American actress, singer and famous TV personality Jessica Simpson. Jessica’s newfound role is of a fashion entrepreneur and she has chosen Neha for her TV show ‘Price of Beauty’.

Jessica’s show has segment on Bollywood and who better than Neha to do it as she has already earned accolades for her work in the American TV series ‘Bollywood Hero’. “The producers got to know about me because of the US mini series I did called Bollywood Hero,” she is quoted as saying.

Neha will wear a fusion of ethnic and western for the show that will be shot next week in Mumbai. Jessica, who is fascinated by Indian sarees, will wear one for the shooting, as told by Neha to a daily.

The show ‘Price of Beauty’ is about finding what beauty means to different people across the world.

Neha Dhupia is soon going to get introduced to the American audience. The medium of introduction is not cinema but through the small screen of Television. The sultry beauty has grabbed a plum role in a television series named as ‘Bollywood Hero’ to be beamed through a leading T.V.Channel in U.S.A. The protagonist of the serial is to be played by Chris Kattan who is a popular American comedian. The tele-series to be presented in three parts will tell the story of a guy who has a dream of becoming a Hero in Bollywood. Tabrez Noorani, the line producer of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ helped Neha to get the role. He along with the Bollywood choreographer Longinus Fernandes are also going to work as assistants during the production of ‘Bollywood Hero’.
