Shiney in trouble: DNA test confirms sexual act

The DNA report of actor Shiney Ahuja makes the rape case against him stronger after his DNA matched with the samples taken from the alleged victim’s private parts.

The Forensic Science Laboratory at Kalina has sent the report to Oshiwara police. According to ACP Amitabh Gupta, the DNA reports “are in favour of the FIR (First Information Report) filed by the victim”.

Shiney Ahuja rape case,

In the forensic investigation, Shiney’s DNA was compared with DNA strands found from the victim’s private parts. Since the two matched, it can be convincingly deduced that Shiney had sex with his maid, whether it was consensual or rape is yet to be proved in court.

Shiney Ahuja has been accused of raping his domestic help on June 14 at his Oshiwara residence. His wife and kid were out of town at that time. He was arrested on June 15 after the maid filed a police complaint alleging Shiney of raping her. The actor is presently in judicial custody till July 2 when his case will come up for hearing again.

Shiney’s wife Anupam has come strongly in defense of her husband. She’s even gone on to allege that it was Shiney who was perhaps raped by the maid.

Fardeen Khan fights with sister's boyfriend

Tinsel tattle has it that Fardeen Khan got into a fight with sister Laila’s boyfriend at a late night get-together of family members.

The incident happened at the bar of a five star hotel in Andheri East where Fardeen, his wife Natasha, sister Laila, her boyfriend Farhan Furniturewala, Farah Ali Khan and DJ Aqeel were partying together.

Reports say Fardeen, who isn’t very fond of his sister’s beau, got into an argument with Farhan and in a matter of minutes the argument turned into a heated squabble. In fact, tempers flared and the two came to blows.

Explaining to a tabloid, Fardeen denied getting into a fight and said he and Farhan were discussing about their favourite WWF wrestlers and decided to show each other some of their wrestling moves.

Fardeen’s explanation, however, could be a clever way to cover up what actually happened.

Farhan, too, says it was a petty argument, but he does admit that Fardeen over-reacted a bit.

Fardeen has been going through tough time since the death of his father Feroz Khan .

Bollywood bombshell Mallika Sherawat heated up Salman Khan's show 10 Ka Dum. The hot Haryanvi chick was accompanied by fellow Harayanvi Olympian boxing champ Vijender Singh. The two who had never met in the past seemed comfortable in each other's company. The test here was between beauty and brawn and it seemed both of them lacked brains as they struggled to get the answers right.

Buzz up!The show became interesting when Mallika who is taking cooking classes offered to cook a meal for both the muscular men.

Vijender who is a DSP with the Harayana Police showed his dancing skills are not limited to the boxing ring but he is a good stage performer as well. Much to the audience delight Mallika revealed that she was single and so too was Salman. The Bollywood hunk was however quick to respond to th

During performance, Abhi got down from the stage, came to his wife and Ash too jumped with him in front of her seat. When Abhi broke down speaking about the excellence of his dad, Ash also emoted the same way. When he joked or laughed, the joy in Ash’s face was clearly viewed. It shows that Ash and Abhi makes a perfect couple, intensely in love with one another.

Hrithik Roshan finds solace in drinking

Hrithik Roshan has been the favorite of the gossip columns for quite sometime now. On the professional front, he is getting accolades for his performance in his much awaited project, ‘Kites’ but his personal front has been in news for all wrong reasons. He is being linked to his ‘Kites’ co-star Barbara Mori, leading to differences with his wife Suzanne followed by his arguments with papa Rakesh Roshan which has made him decide to leave his paternal house.
All these personal problems have left Hrithik, who has always had a good boy image, turn to alcohol for solace. The bottle which used to be his fellow only on occasional events has now become his fast and regular friend. The rumor that Hrithik has turned alcoholic found firm grounds when he came drunk at Karan Johar’s recent birthday bash. Hrithik looked like he was in high spirits and later even danced on one of the tables.

Such was the effect of Genelia D’Souza’s micromini that the traffic got jammed and the photoshoot had to be cancelled at Bandstand Fort, Bandra, where the hot lady was supposed to shoot a sizzling intimate photoshoot with Shahid. The photoshoot was supposed to start at 4pm but when Genelia emerged wearing a micromini, the crowd started gathering and slowly went on to grow beyond controllable numbers.
Even the cops despaired over the numbers. The unit members even tried to cover up Genelia with a pair of jeans, but to no avail. Finally the cops told the unit to cancel the shoot. Well, if Genelia steps out in a micromini, who wouldn’t love to catch a glimpse???
