Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been the brand face of L’Oreal for three year now. But with growing ages, the company feels that she is no more suitable for the young generation. Looking at her age and status, the company has decided to sign in young face Sonam Kapoor for their new product to be launched soon. A source reveals, “Sonam was signed for a huge amount commensurate with what th actresses of today like Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are charging. The deal was brought about by celebrity management company, Atul Kasbekar’s Bling.” Ash will continue to be with the brand but she will represent only women of her ages and Sonam, the younger groups. If Sonam signs the ad then this would be her first commercial with any company. After accumulating huge accolades for Saawariya, she is gearing up for her next release Delhi 6 with Abhishek Bachchan.

It is only the age-old practice of life that the newer ones replace the older ones. However this is most rudely prevalent in the film and fashion industry as both deals with glamour which changes face too frequently.
