Lara Dutta is on the spiritual trail

Actress Lara Dutta is on the spiritual trail. And she’s taking her course in spiritual well-being rather seriously. Only recently, we spotted the beauty visiting Sri Sri Ravi Shankar who was a guest at industrialist Yash Birla’s house. She was there with the likes of Kunal Kapoor and boyfriend Dino Morea.

It can be remembered that Lara Dutta had hooked ex-boyfriend Kelly Dorjee onto the Art of Living when the two were going steady... and now it’s Morea’s turn to get some lessons in spiritual cleansing of the mind, heart, body and soul! While Lara has succumbed to Dino’s love for basketball, Dino is keen to learn more about the art of living...all for love!

When we spoke to Lara, she told us, "I’ve been on this path since my Miss India days. I got back to it recently, and now seem to be hooked onto it for life." About actors like Kunal Kapoor and herself being a part of the ’spiritual process’, she says, "Our Guru thinks we can make a difference. We are actors, we are public figures, and maybe us saying something might just be taken more seriously. It’s our duty that we’re doing, and we enjoy it."

Her ’spiritual progress’ has led to ’career progress’ as well. "It helps the state of mind... You learn to be more focused, and things look more organized these days," she confesses.
