Vidhya Balan hates cats

Vidya’s somehow allergic to them. A unit member revealed, "A presence of a cat on the sets and Vidya drives the whole unit crazy. She sees to it that it chased out of the sets. Vidya is so petrified of cats."

But the extreme measures used by the unit members saddens her. "She can’t bear to see stones being hurled to get rid of the cat. "Why don’t you just shoo it away," Vidya often says. The unit members then explain, "M’am we do it because we have no choice" Now we know why Vidya cannot be catty even if she tried
